I travel a lot with work and always try and get a workout in, decided to give this a go. Bit of a walk from town centre but worth it, a good few different bits of kit, especially good makes as well life fitness, percor, hammer strength. Some unusual bits not seen before, really good, a few teenagers who thought they were Dorian Yates but that’s same in all gyms, will visit again which is always the ultimate test

I've been going to this gym since 2012 and i was starting to lose my motivation for training in the past few months. However since the refurb and all the changes i cant believe the difference it made. There really isn't anything else you could ask for in this gym.

The staff are friendly, always happy to help with anything and you are made welcome no matter what your fitness abilities are.
More hammer strength equipment then you’ve ever heard of and it’s always reinvesting in new equipment.

With the top class equipement , great environment and friendly staff you have everything you need in one place.
