I was referred through my Community Mental Health counsellor in Wrexham to the Welsh Excercise Referral scheme and had my initial assessment meeting with Alex Davies at Qeensway. What a 1st class young man. After the paperwork Alex gave me a quick tour of the gyms which are very impressive. Had my 1st (65 year old 🤫) workout last week, supervised by Alex who again was so personable and helpful. All the equipment was every bit as good as my 1st impressions. Great place, great equipment and great people.

Visited the gym today. The man on reception was really polite and helpful. I will definitely be becoming a member now

Can't say about the stadium other than adequate parking but the cafe over the road is second to none

Sports centre where I've taken the kids to participate in tournament's. Not the highest spec place but it's tidy and has the facilities for the kids to have a great athletics tournament experience. Plenty of parking.
