Recently joined this gym. The staff are very friendly and approachable, I was given a detailed tour of the gym and the facilities before I committed to join.nnPrices are fair with optional charity donation. Good to support local businesses who do charitable work.nnThe equipment is good, does what its suposed to do with no shortage of TV screens!nnThe changing rooms/showers are very clean, tidy and spacious with more than enough showers and locker space.nnOverall great local gym and I cannot think of a single negative. Recommended

Everything about this gym is spot on from the huge variety of machines, free weights and classes covering all bases. The owner and trainers/pt’s know their stuff. The Den is a family gym and the support, friendship and encouragement is hard to beat.

I do like the Lyons Den Gym,it has a good range of fitness equipment available.I know it also has a variety of classes going on upstairs.The Gym is never very Busy when I have been.So there is no real wait to get on any equipment that you might want to use.nThe staff there are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.nI happen to be a bit on the extra large size.Mind you,You can never have to much of a good thing Lol!!.nJoking aside everyone in there have Always been friendly and encouraging towards me. Which is nice ,and tends to put me at ease.nI always ask them to put on the dry sauna,as well as the steam room.Ready for me to use after my attempted work out.nShower then home.nI feel welcome and if you like me are a bit self conscious. Don't be,go and enjoy yourself.Hope this helps you out.
