Quiet, very friendly, non posy gym. There is a large room for martial arts stuff and another with very good bodybuilding and fitness equipment. Greet management and staff, great atmosphere. Very reasonably priced, it's clearly not run to leach money out of people but to provide the best possible facilities at an affordable price.
