Easily the best gym in North Wales.. Amazing Friendly Family Vibe… Next Level Equipment… Clean and Tidy…. With a Sauna, Ice Bath and Sun bed facility attached, and Boxing and Fitness classes with fully qualified PT Staff, what else do you need.nnVery welcoming for beginner's and very accommodating for hardcore lifters.nnAll in all an amazing Gym and id recommend Flex Strength to anyone looking to get in shape.

Fantastic gym!nMassive gym with a huge selection of all the usual plate loaded bodybuilding machines. Plus a lot of machines that are not that common.nnBig cardio area on the second floor, treadmills etc.nnBoxing/fitness room at the back of the weight room.nnLarge selection of supplements and meals to buy. Lots of sun beds too.nnQuite a few PTs are based at the gym, so if you need a trainer you can get one.nnThe prices are decent. If you pay direct debit you have 24 hour access!
