Best gym I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to most in Felixstowe. Coaches are attentive, knowledgeable and super encouraging. Classes are attended by lovely people who are also supportive and encouraging, never felt intimidated. My favourite place, where I’ve grown both physically and mentally, love it!

Very diffrent to your average gym has a very wide range of fitness activities and classes with great coaching. Boxing, strength training and overall fitness. Everytime I have been there it has never been packed and I have always been able to get done what my goal is to do. The staff are also very nice and always happy to help and so are the others members of the gym. Superhero is a nice place to go, I am new to going to the gym and boxing and anything I have been doing wrong has not been met with judgement from staff or members just genuine help. I would highly recommend

I started at Superhero Fitness 5 months ago completing their 90 day transformation programme. This included small group personal training sessions which were varied and fun. I saw a dramatic difference in my strength, fitness and confidence in these 3 months. All of the coaches and gym members have been very friendly and supportive! I now have a full membership and love to attend classes regularly. Thanks all!

I recently completed the Transformation Programme and absolutely loved it! The small group PT sessions were amazing, it was great to dedicate a little time each week for myself. The coaches were incredibly supportive, tailoring each session to my goals and what I enjoyed, their guidance went above and beyond. The community here is a vibe too, everyone cheers each other on, which makes the experience even more motivating. I’m so glad to be part of it!
