Very friendly gym !nnCan highly recommend The Movement Project Cornwall Functional Mobility (Kinstretch) with Stu Slater ... been struggling with Piriformis syndrome which is a neuromuscular disorder occurring when the piriformis muscle, located in the buttock, compresses or irritates the sciatic nervennThink my restricted movement and repetitive positioning while working causes this pain, been to physio etc but this is a game changer !

The movement project are an absolutely amazing gym and movement space. They have a great variety of classes and incredible instructors. Andrena's electric energy in spinning is second to none, whilst still focusing on good form and safe movement patterns for your body. Genuinely lovely people who helped me get so much stronger and fitter, highly recommend!

The Movement Project is fantastic! I’ve never been a fan of traditional gyms, as I can sometimes feel a bit self-conscious, but here I couldn’t feel more comfortable.nStu is an excellent, patient teacher who encourages you to work at your own pace and ability. Since joining, I’ve noticed a real improvement in both my strength and flexibility.

The Movement Project is a phenomenal gym, having previously been very active in the CrossFit circles it's really refreshing to see a gym using some similar systems but with a massive focus on injury prevention and functional mobility, which unfortunately is so often ignored. Stu, Kathryn and Polly (The coaches I have met so far) are all clearly knowledgeable in their coaching areas and have been so helpful in getting me back into this space after a considerable time away. Couldn't recommend TMJ enough.

Right from the start my experience at The Movement Project has been a positive one. Stuart creates an incredibly welcoming and inclusive environment and is absolutely brimming with knowledge and enthusiasm. He gave me an initial movement assessment so I felt that my injuries and goals were considered and subsequently more confident to join the classes. ThenClub is conveniently located with easy parking. The unique Kin stretch that Stuart teaches has really brought my injuries on. The spin studio is top quality and to top it off other members are super friendly. Stuart has created a real community here! Highly recommended

Brilliant place to train and stretch, I've been attending the strength training, yoga and Kinstretch classes. I've had plantar fasciitis for months and but embracing the stretch classes, particularly Kinstretch I can now get my foot back in position and stretches had I haven't been able to for months. I can not recommend the movement project and the staff, more. They are passionate, committed to helping you train to the best of your own abilities.

I Love going to The Movement Project.nThe instructors are really friendly, know their stuff and have helped me to increase strength and general fitness.nHaving never lifted weights before and feeling nervous of the gym environment, coming to TMP has completely changed my mind on working out in a gym environment.nThere is a great balance of classes and class times. All the other gym users are friendly and as a newbie, so not always knowing what equipment I needed or how to put things together, have found everyone to be really helpful. The gym has a feeling of all being part of a team .nSmall group sizes means that you get really useful feedback from the instructors to helpnYou progress and achieve .nThere is no heavy pressure to do anymore than you want to, more of a guiding hand to encourage you to develop your own skill set. If you have been thinking of joining a gym, you should 100% come along. You won’t regret it
