Great gym with everything you need. Being open 24/7 makes it really convenient to train around work and other commitments. The gym has plenty of equipment, a variety of fitness classes, and coaching for anyone wanting extra support.nnThe staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the Blue Light discount is a great bonus. Overall, WAX Gym Newquay is a fantastic place to train, and I'd definitely recommend it.

We had a brilliant pickleball session here and will definitely be back. The staff had everything ready for us when we arrived, with the nets already set up, which made getting started really easy.nnWe hired all four courts – two were set up with pickleball nets and the other two had badminton nets adjusted to half height, which worked really well for our group. We brought our own balls and paddles, and the setup was perfect for what we needed.nnThe staff were really friendly and welcoming throughout, which made the experience even better. As a bonus, hiring all four courts actually worked out £2 cheaper than paying per court, which was great value.nnOverall, a really smooth, enjoyable experience – highly recommend for group sessions!

Excellent. Gym is well stocked. Classes are great. All instructors are helpful and friendly. Nicky does most of the classes I go to and is fab. Lots of social stuff going on outside the gym also. Membership prices are good, especially over 50s. Also discount for Blue Light holders. Definitely recommend

Wax Newquay is a great gym with lots to do. The instructors are fantastic, knowledgeable and very encouraging. The classes are varied from strength training, Pilates, core training, spin classes to yoga. This gym is inclusive of age/gender/ability and is wonderful with people with disabilities. The over 50’s classes are really great. We get fit in a wide variety of classes, with fun and friendly instructors. There is also a social side to Wax gym too. Highly recommend Wax gym ☺️

My time at the gym has quite literally changed my life. I was reluctant to join as not had great experiences with gyms in the past, but this is the most welcoming of environments. Started off doing 2 classes a week, but am now there every day! They supported me pre and post knee surgery and I now have a new lease of life. Thank you to all the staff, you're amazing.
