Hin5 stars .. want to say big thanks to Shams, who welcomed us into the centre on Sunday with a smile and walked my wife and I through the gym and explained the process of joining and the memberships available .. good facilities didn’t sign up yet but wanted to leave a comment to compliment my visit

Amazing facility and Gym is very well equipped. More outdoor sports facilitated by coaches.

A nice local sports centre. I usually visit on Sundays for my karate class. The gym is usually quiet. There are yoga classes. The sports hall has badminton nets outs most days. The AstroTurf football pitches are busy on Sundays.
