What a wonderful experience!! Really enjoy my visits. Nothing like other Gyms. No queuing for equipment, no clanking weights, no treadmills and no men!! Extremely clean - wonderful instructors and volunteers. Nothing is too much trouble. And all for less than £1 per day.
