I signed up for myself and my husband over the telephone. I spoke to Tom who was really friendly and helpful. We came for a swim and found all staff so pleasant. We met Tom who again was so friendly and said if we need any help to find a member of staff and the girl behind the bar was also so friendly and helpful and showed us how to get through the barrier on this our first visit and remembered us as we were leaving, taking the time to ask if we enjoyed ourselves. We shall be back soon. Thank you for employing such pleasant staff.

Not been here for a while. Still a friendly welcoming place. I had a lovely swim. It is nice to have a pool strictly for lane swimming. The womens charging rooms now have a costume wringer and body wash in the shower cubicles. Both these changes make the club more use friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that I stood outside the office when I arrived for several minutes whilst the young lady turned her back to me. Other people were in the office. She did eventually turn to me and set up my membership but I nearly gave up. I took a point off for this.

Really friendly and took the time to show me around the club and diffrent classes.
All the staff were so lovely and nothing was to much trouble.
Made me feel so welcome and being in my 60s i was made to feel i could join any one of the classes which i was a little nervous before hand. Great team and club.

I popped in to check the place out, and was given a comprehensive tour by Tom.

The facilities are excellent and the attention to detail top notch. Top facility, top staff.

Superb welcome to the club by members of the Team. Very friendly and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble. The other guests are like minded kind people. The Trainers and Coaches are excellent. Thank you.

Staff Member Tom Playing Catch With My youngest Daughter At The Castle Country Club This Morning, this club is my sanctuary & the staff are amazing & nothing is ever too much trouble. She would keep Tom busy for hours if we let her 😂

We had an excellent experience visiting The Castle and Alex was super helpful explaining everything as we looked around. We stayed for lunch and the menu had some very healthy choices. We were so impressed we joined straight away and are looking forward to using the facilities.
