Took our 9 week old baby here for his first swimming experience and he loved it. The sensory lights were a lovely addition. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will for sure be making this a weekly visit.

I took my 5 year old to the disabled swim and we had a great experience - the staff were so kind and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter enjoyed her swim. The pool is the perfect size and temperature and the sensory lights are lovely.

Friendly staff, very nice pool for babies and toddlers (excellent temperature). Nice big changing rooms. Everything always clean and tidy which is absolutely impressive when you compare with other places in whole Thanet! Thanks!

Gym upstairs is small but just what you need for a workout - be it weights or cardio, plus not too busy at certain times of day. There is a medium room for boxing and various classes that take place. The swimming pool is divine; temperature JUST right for how hot or how cool the day is. It's never too cold like most swimming pools, just like going into a large bath. There are various features within the pool; a Jacuzzi corner and 2 large tap waterfalls. Combined with the lovely ambient light it's really amazing. Changing rooms are basic; stalls for changing and others for showers, some of the locks are a bit old but still work. Pool does classes also; swimming lessons etc. Upstairs there is also other options like massage therapy for chronic pain etc but have never tried them (hears good things though). Staff are absolutely lovely, very kind and offering information.
