A great, friendly gym. Clean with good facilities with the added bonus of being open 24/7 and free classes for members making it really good value for money. A Very friendly and helpful team . Can’t recommend enough especially for ist time gym users who may find the idea of first visiting a gym to be intimidating.

I joined this gym after trying several others in the local area. I found my new 2nd home here and have progressed so much with health and fitness since joining. Scary Mary is now my amazing PT and I’m smashing all my goals with her. I love the classes too with spin and anything to do with abs being my favourites!
Staff are so friendly and the banter is keeps me smiling!! I would be happy to spend all day in this gym. Best gym and knowledgable staff around 💪😊
