This is, hands down, the best gym I've ever attended!
The gym is roomy and light and the entire place is spotless.
There's a great range of equipment, including a super fun functional area and a large mirrored studio. Studio includes a large projection screen with an extensive digital bank of classes covering all types of exercise.
There are plenty of changing rooms and shower rooms, including accessible option, as well as hair drying and styling facilities.
All the staff are genuinely lovely, always ready to help and very knowledgeable and there are PTs available to book.
There is a real sense of community here - makes coming to the gym very easy when the facilities and vibes are this on point! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The club has everything you could possibly need — top-quality equipment, spotless facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes every workout enjoyable. Whether you’re into strength training, cardio, or functional workouts, there’s plenty of space and all the tools to help you reach your goals.

I don't have much gym experience (this is my first) but I can't complain. The staff are friendly, the machines are all great and I've never had to wait to use one, and it has plenty of changing rooms, some of which have their own showers.

It's really the only reason to visit the shopping centre it's located in: a sad empty place with a lift that breaks down every two weeks.
