I was seen by James who explained everything we were about to do very clearly and checked my understanding. The Dexa scan was 4 minutes and the VO2 test a little longer and both were done professionally and with care. James then took time to explain in detail the results and what I could do to
Improve some of them. Would definitely recommend and have paid and rebooked for a follow up session. -
James was really great! He explained everything very clearly and calmly and was both friendly and professional. His knowledge was of a high level and he gave us the results of our scans in a straight forward and easy to understand manner, and answered any further questions that we had. I would give him ten out of five if I could. He is a real asset to Bodyview.

Had an exceptional time with James, the bundle for Dexa, FatMax, 3D and Resting Rate. A super scorching day so thankfully we walked on the running machine. Easy to find (inside the Midland Health Centre), large reception area, James was friendly, knowledgeable and fun (when you look like Darth Vader, you need a sense of humour...) I spent an interesting 2 hours working through the equipment and then James explained the results clearly. I have a glossy printout and access to the report so I can read again at leisure. Delighted to be an exceptional female and reassuringly no visceral fat on organs and healthy bones. I would recommend these tests if you'd like to see what's going on inside, and to know how to keep fit and healthy. It's not about being beach beautiful this summer, it's making sure we can get off the WC unaided when we're older! Pilates and weights works for me. I'm no athlete, I still have 1/3 body fat and plenty of bits that wobble, but I have confidence now that I just need to continue what I'm doing. Now, where is that magnum...🍦

Highly recommend Body View. I had a Dexa bone and body scan. James was absolutely brilliant, very informative and took great care to talk me through every step. He provided me a full print out and went through the results in great detail and gave me some recommendations. Thanks James, see you for a follow up in a few months.

Excellent service. Nice and clean office. Well looked after. I had DEXA scan with James. He was thorough in his explanation of the results and discussed different ways I could improvise on my weaker areas. I do plan on getting another scan in next 6 months to see my progress. Highly recommend BodyView Birmingham for your body scan.
